Case Study: Working Women’s Centre Victoria (WWCV)
Project
Everyone should be able to feel safe and be treated with dignity in their work. However, many women across Victoria experience a range of workplace issues including sexual harassment, discrimination, breaches of workplace safety and basic work rights.
WWCV offers free, confidential legal help for working women in Victoria. To support the launch of this service, a multi-channel campaign including paid media was developed. The campaign launched in October 2024.
Results
- The campaign had an immediate impact – driving a 55% increase in new clients in the four weeks immediately following campaign launch.
- WWCV is clearly meeting a need in the community – reaching and supporting women experiencing financial disadvantage, women from culturally and linguistically diverse backgrounds, women living in regional Victoria and women with a disability.
My role
I supported the WWCV team throughout the entire project life cycle, from strategy and planning, through development and implementation, and finally to monitoring and evaluation. This included:
- Campaign strategy
- Creative concept development
- Channel planning
- Monitoring and evaluation
- Production of the final campaign report
